I would like to take this opportunity to commend Chris Sharp and his staff on the superior work they performed on my commercial property. After a serve story with significant rain fall the roof of my warehouse allowed water to enter the property. There was major damage to the inside of the warehouse, to the lobby, and to the office space. Chris and his team worked quickly to repair the damage and get me up and running again. Chris’ team handled the selection of material, coordinating closing with me over the phone since I was out of town. Chris continuously updated me with stats. My repairs wee done within budget and on time. Chris Sharp, Sharp’s contracting team has been exceptional in completing two jobs for me. The first project was my corporate headquarters which included layout, metal framing, blocking, drywall hanging, drywall finishing, and acoustical grid & tile. Being my place of business I expected first class. My expectations were met and exceeded by the professionalism, punctuality, and pride Chris showed in the project. The second job was a 6500 SF renovation of an abandon building transformed into a top notch personal training facility. Chris took on the same scope from my office as well as demolition, paint, and tile. And the results were the same; above all expectations and done with superb quality. Chris not only performed his scope of work on these projects but went above and beyond with respect to design and also assistance in the management of other trades including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Sharp Contracting comes highly recommended for any home improvement in which you may have. My husband and I wanted to finish our basement for a larger area to entertain our guests. We had some initial ideas of what we wanted our basement to include, such as a pool table and gaming area, a television sitting area, and a wet bar. We met with Chris Sharp who from the very beginning showed a lot of enthusiasm and interest in our home improvement project. After taking measurements of our unfinished basement and listening to all the ideas and plans we had for the basement, he was able to provide us a blueprint of our soon-to-be finished basement in a timely manner. Throughout our home improvement project Sharp Contracting provided numerous suggestions and great ideas in which we hadn’t even thought about. When it came time to pick out cabinets for our wet bar Chris Sharp even took the time to accompany and assist us at the showroom store so that we picked out the correct cabinet sizes for the space that was available in our basement. Our newly finished basement has become one of our favorite places in our home. In addition, every time we entertain guests we receive numerous compliments on how amazing our basement looks.
